Your data
No access to start. Every step after that is your call.
What we look at, what we keep, and what we never do.
The six promises
- We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
- We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
- Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
- We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
- Your information is never shared with another client.
- The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.
Access comes in stages
Stage one: talking.
The first conversation needs no access. We ask questions, and you answer what you like. Names and numbers can stay with you.
Stage two: a sample, if you want.
You might send a week of new-client forms, with names removed if you prefer. You decide what. We use it to show what the output would look like. It's used for your work only, and deleted after.
Stage three: read-only, once you say go.
We ask only for what the job needs. For a forms check, that's your forms and the shared inbox. For a morning read, it's your mailbox and calendar.
Read-only means look, never touch.
It can't send, reply, delete or move a single item. Where a draft helps, it leaves one for a person.
You can turn it off yourself.
Cutting access stops everything straight away. You don't need us to do it.
What "a person approves" means here
Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or edits a record alone. It lays the work out for a named person.
They read it and decide. If they do nothing, nothing happens. Doing nothing is always a safe choice.
At the end of the work
We keep only what the work needs. When it ends, we delete it. Ask earlier, and we delete it earlier.
Questions about your data?
Bring them to the first conversation. Better asked than wondered about.
Want to talk it through?
A first conversation with one of our co-founders is free. It takes about an hour and needs no access.
A person writes back, normally within a working day.
